Members of the Council are hereby summoned to attend the Full Town Council Meeting taking place in the Church Hall, Manningtree Methodist Church, South Street, Manningtree on Thursday, 16th September, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of transacting the following business. Members of the press and public are welcome to attend.

11. To finalise the details for the Award ceremony for the Community

13. To discuss the update on Plastic free Manningtree
14. To discuss the next steps for the dementia Friendly Council plan
15. To discuss any plans for a 'getting to know your local council'
16. To discuss the quotes for the Quay Street Project
a) To receive the two monthly finance reports and approve monthly bank
reconciliation figures - July and August - (no meeting in august)
b) Two old reconciliations to be signed and agreed April/May
c) To sign and approve the August Delegated payments
d) To approve new payments in accordance with the 2021/22 budget
e) To approve the amendments to the payments from July
f) To discuss any amendments needed to the Special Expenses
g) To discuss the electricity price increase for street lights
18.To consider whether resolutions from the current meeting have an impact on carbon footprint and climate change.
